Travel Grants
EuroMarine will offer a limited number of travel grants to support Early-Career Researchers (ECRs) from EuroMarine member institutions attending the 59th European Marine Biology Symposium (EMBS). The grants are intended to help reduce travel costs and enable broader participation of ECRs in the scientific programme. Details on eligibility criteria, the application process, and key deadlines will be communicated on the symposium website in due course.

We would like to provide important information regarding various registration and payment scenarios:

If you need an invoice with detailed information regarding the institution: please complete the registration and the attached document (EMBS_information for invoice.docx). Please return both payment confirmation order and the attached document to us (embs@euromarinenetwork.eu with subject: INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION INVOICE). Once we receive them, we will process your request and provide you with an invoice.

If you are unable to pay by card, you can only make payment via bank transfer and you need to receive an invoice for your conference payment via bank transfer: please complete the attached document and return it to us (embs@euromarinenetwork.eu with subject: INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION INVOICE). Once we receive the completed form, we will process your request and provide you with an invoice. NOTE: This is also valid if several people from your team will be attending the conference.
