Payment guidelines

All participants are kindly requested to complete their registration payment within the indicated deadline to secure their participation in the symposium.

 

Payments should be made through the official registration platform using the available payment methods.

 

Please ensure that all required details are correctly completed, including participant name and, where applicable, invoice information.

 

Registrations will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Participants requiring an invoice are encouraged to request it during the registration process.

Travel Grants 

EuroMarine will offer a limited number of travel grants to support Early-Career Researchers (ECRs) from EuroMarine member institutions attending the 59th European Marine Biology Symposium (EMBS). The grants are intended to help reduce travel costs and enable broader participation of ECRs in the scientific programme. Details on eligibility criteria, the application process can be found on the downloadable documents below. Deadline to apply for the grants is 15th of May.
