Arriving from Lisbon:

Lisbon is served by Humberto Delgado International Airport, also known as Portela Airport (LIS), approximately 90 km from Peniche and the conference venue (1 hour trip). Rent a car in advance at the Lisbon International Airport and drive to Peniche following the A8 highway. Roads are well paved and signposted, so it is an easy drive. Take the subway from the Lisbon airport to “Jardim Zoológico” (Sete Rios) or Campo Grande. Then, take the bus from the bus station (Sete Rios or Campo Grande) to Peniche. See details at Rede Expressos or Rodoviária do Tejo.

Certificates of Attendance and Presentation will be sent to each participant after the conference.

Some people do not need a visa to visit Portugal because they hold a passport from a country that Norway has a visa exemption agreement with. This also applies if you have a residence permit in an EU/EEA country or if you have a special passport.

Participant badges can be collected from the registration desk at the venue. Participants need to wear their badge during the different sessions of the conference since only registered participants can access the conference.

During the coffee breaks, several refreshments will be served.

The lunch will be provided at the venue, where several options, including vegan and vegetarian alternatives, will be offered at the buffe. The conference dinner will be included in the registration fee.
